Dark Comedy Film Night at Bond Street

The Bond Street Event Centre will be hosting a series of short comedy films on Thursday the 16th of December at 7:30 pm. The show will be compered by Darren McCubbin and there will be a $20 entry fee. Tickets at Eventbrite.

These short comedy films are from all over the world, and really push the boundaries! Come explore 'the bad, wrong & diabolical films, that are just wonderfully engaging!' Welcome to 'A World of Dark Comedy 4'.

Short Filmmakers from around the world bring us their amazing tales of ‘human life’ on this, our planet- “Oh, the humanity!”

See: the mayhem of waiting for death; grandiose plays in politics; the importance of ‘tipping’; why health is important; or; when the last ‘man’ dies. And much, much more.

We get to see our world curiously at the edge of a some disaster. - Is it bleak, cruel… or, a downer? - Nope. More like 15 amazing filmmakers delivering the foibles of human beings - and all with big and wicked smiles. So, come laugh. After all …

“Those who laugh at themselves, never run out of things to laugh at.”

(Said someone….)

Please note that these films are restricted to R18+ and no one under the age of 18 years will be allowed entry. Covid restrictions will also apply.
